Pepe has supported hundreds of pupils with varying abilities in exceeding their target grades and increasing their confidence in achieving more than they initially thought possible. He does this by ensuring pupils are able to understand what they need to learn and do in their exams and coursework by using a wide variety of teaching and coaching methods. This includes teaching them revision strategies and exam techniques to maximise their exam performance. Your child will then invariably become more confident in their improved abilities and be motivated to aim higher. Pepe therefore develops a personalised learning environment for each child, which includes:

Making sure they understand what each exam/coursework question is asking them to do
Teaching them how and why marks are awarded
Practising answering and marking questions with them
Studying mark schemes and learning how to use them as a revision tool
Regular assessments in different formats I also establish the golden triangle of communication between yourself, your child and myself, which has proven to really fast-track pupil progress over the years. It’s a vital part of your child’s learning experience, especially when leading up to exams
